We are committed to ensuring that you always receive the best deal. We guarantee that the room rates on our website are the lowest available on the Internet. If, within 24 hours of booking at our lowest room rate on this website, you find a publicly available room rate on another website that is lower than your booking, we will honor that lower rate and provide you with an additional 10% discount. Please note that terms and conditions apply.

3. Terms and Conditions

JSK Mantanani Island Resorts guarantees to provide the lowest room rate available on jskmantananiresorts.my. This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Requirements
   • Confirmed Reservation Required: Guests must have a confirmed reservation booked online on jskmantananiresorts.my and must quote their confirmation number when making a claim.
   • Time Limit: Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation booked online on jskmantananiresorts.my.
   • Exact Match Required: Both the original JSK Mantanani Island Resorts online booking room rate and the competing rate must include the exact same inclusions, such as meals, transportation, and other services.
   • Identical Booking Requirements: The competing rate must be available for booking with the exact matching booking requirements and cancellation policy as the original JSK Mantanani Island Resorts online booking. This includes same hotel, same number of guests, same room type, and same arrival and departure dates.
   • Currency Conversion: JSK Mantanani Island Resorts will convert any competing rate offered in a different currency than the rate made available through the JSK Mantanani Island Resorts website and may deny claims if the difference between the rates is due to exchange rate fluctuations.
2. This Guarantee Does NOT Apply To:
   • Opaque or Auction Sites: Where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel are not known until booking is finalized. Examples include Priceline and Hotwire.
   • Bundled Travel Websites: That offer bundled travel, entertainment, hotel, or food components, such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, or hotel stay and restaurant voucher.
   • Packaged Rates: That include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other amenities.
   • Qualified Discount Rates: Including government rates, travel industry discounts, and long stay rates.
   • Unpublished/Negotiated Rates: Including rates with corporations, travel agencies rates, group rates, association rates, rates specifically agreed upon by JSK Mantanani Island Resorts, rates not available to the general public, or rates requiring memberships in a club, affinity program, or other organization.
   • Combined Promotions: JSK Mantanani Island Resort's Best Rate Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers or promotions (including coupon promotions) and is void where prohibited by law.
   • Minimal Differences: Best Rate Guarantee claims may be declined if the difference between the rates is less than one percent (1%).
3. What's Covered

   This Guarantee applies only to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does NOT apply to:

   • Taxes
   • Gratuities
   • Guest incidental charges
   • Food and beverage charges
   • Resort fees
   • Any other fees or charges that may be incurred during the guest's stay

4. Final Decision Authority

JSK Mantanani Island Resorts has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including determining that the competing rate is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms and conditions. In case of dispute, JSK Mantanani Island Resort's decision is final.
