Q: How soon will I receive a response after making a reservation request?

You will receive a reply within 24 hours of making your reservation request. Online bookings provide instant confirmation.

Q: What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MyDebit, JCB, and China Union Pay at JSK Mantanani Island Resorts.

Q: Is there an additional charge for a third person in the room?

Yes, the additional charge for an extra person is RM400++ per adult and RM360++ per child. Please note that the mentioned rates are inclusive of an extra bed/mattress.

Q: What ID is required for check-in?

Valid photo identification is required at check-in for all guests. Foreign guests must present a valid passport. Photo identification must match the name on the reservation.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?

Guests must be a minimum of 21 years old and present a valid photo ID upon check-in.

Q: Can I make special requests for my stay?

Yes, resort staff will do their best to accommodate your requests. However, these are subject to availability at the time of your check-in to the resort.

Q: What are the child rates?

Child rates apply to children aged 3-11 years old.

Q: Do I need a visa to visit Malaysia?

Many visitors do not need a visa to visit Malaysia and are exempted when visiting for holidays or social purposes. However, it would be prudent and responsible to check before traveling. For more information, please visit VISA REQUIREMENT.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

The service providers are Maxis and Celcom.

Q: Is drinking water provided?

We provide 4 complimentary bottles of drinking water in your room. If you need more, you can request additional bottles up to 4 bottles daily at the Front Desk. Please note, requests for more than 4 bottles will incur a charge of RM2 per bottle.

Q: Are there ATM facilities available?

No, there are NO ATM facilities on Mantanani, but we accept any debit or credit cards. For purchases and expenses outside the resort, we advise guests to bring cash.

Q: Is alcohol available at the resort?

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests meeting the local legal drinking age (21 years old) with a valid photo ID.

Q: Can I host events or weddings at the resort?

Q: Are pets allowed at the resort?

No, pets are not permitted at the resort.

Q: What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

Q: What recreational activities are available?

Facilities & Amenities

Q: Is housekeeping available?

Yes, housekeeping services are available. Should you require your room to be serviced at a specific time, then please visit our Front Desk.

Q: What amenities are included in the rooms?

Rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning, hot/cold showers, hair dryer, towels, and toiletries.

Q: Are hair dryers available?

Yes, hair dryers are available in every room.

Q: Is there a swimming pool at the resort?

Yes, there is a swimming pool. However, please note that we have no lifeguards on duty. The pool is open from 8 AM – 6 PM daily, and usage of the pool is at your own risk. To view more of JSK Mantanani Island Resort’s facilities, visit FACILITIES AT RESORTS.

Q: Are towels provided?

Yes, towels are provided in our rooms. In order to help us conserve the environment, towels will not be changed daily during your stay at the resort. Should you need more towels or a change, please feel free to contact our Front Desk. These towels are for use exclusively in the rooms only, and not allowed to use outside of your rooms. Beach towels are available for outdoor use.

For outdoor usage, beach towels (white and orange stripes) are allowed.

Q: Is there a multi-purpose hall or meeting room available?

Yes, our resort offers 1 multi-purpose hall that can cater up to 300 pax and 1 meeting room that can cater up to 60 pax. If you require an LCD projector, flip charts, speakers, microphones, paper, pencils, and drinking water while using our multi-purpose hall and meeting rooms, prior reservations must be made.

Q: What types of villas are available?

We offer five different room categories, All our rooms come with a private balcony, air- conditioned and equipped with hot water showers. Our different room categories are Deluxe Rooms, Garden View Villas, Sea View Villas, Premium Sea View Villas, and Double- Storey Bungalows.

Most rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults, sharing a bed with an additional person is required.

Q: Do you offer special packages for honeymooners and anniversaries?

Yes, we offer special packages for honeymooners and guests celebrating special anniversaries.

Q: Can I request a smoking or non-smoking room?

All rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is not permitted on the balcony.

Q: How can I make dive arrangements?

For dive arrangements, please contact our Mantanani Dive Centre for your special interest requirement. Kindly note that it is our policy that all divers sent by your company/agents staying at JSK Mantanani Island Resorts must dive with and use the services or rent all dive equipment/boats with/from our Dive Centre. Should there be any breach in the resort policy, the management reserves the full right to refuse allocation of rooms and other services upon check-in day at the resort.

Q: Are there any activities for children?

Yes, children can participate in snorkeling, diving, water sports activities, Children Playground, Night Safari Walk, and Sunset Village Walk.

Q: What detail on snorkeling trip?

Our snorkeling trips take you to some of the best spots to explore colorful coral reefs and marine life. You’ll receive a safety briefing, snorkeling gear, and guidance from our expert team. The trip is suitable for all skill levels, and the locations may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.

Q: What are the snorkeling trip requirements?

Snorkeling trips are available for guests aged 6 and above. Swimming ability and wearing a life jacket are required.
